WhatsApp Credit Purchase Guide

WhatsApp Credit Purchase Guide

To send WhatsApp notifications, your hospital or clinic needs to maintain a sufficient WhatsApp Credit balance. This balance is used every time a notification is sent to a patient.

This guide explains how to purchase WhatsApp Credits and what happens after the purchase is confirmed.

How to Purchase WhatsApp Credits

  1. Log in to the eHospital system with an account that has admin or finance access.

  2. Go to Notification → WhatsApp Credits.

  3. On the Purchase Credits screen, enter the following:

    • Amount: How many credits you want to purchase.

    • Recipient Email Address: The email that will receive purchase confirmations.

Tip: Use a finance or admin email so your team can track purchases.

  4. Click Submit Purchase.

What Happens After Submission

The purchase goes through the following steps:

  1. Pending (PENDING)

    • After submission, your order will be recorded as Pending.

    • This means your request has been received but payment is not yet confirmed.

  2. Paid (PAID)

    • Once your payment is verified, the system will automatically update the order status to PAID.

    • At this point, you will receive an email notification with details of your purchase.

  3. Completed (COMPLETED)

    • After the system finalizes the transaction, the order is marked Completed.

    • You will receive another confirmation email, and your credits are added to your account balance.

Email Notifications

You will receive two emails during the purchase process:

  • Payment Confirmation (PAID)

    • Confirms that your payment has been received.

  • Purchase Completed (COMPLETED)

    • Confirms that credits are now available in your account.

Both emails will include:

  • Purchase ID

  • Amount of credits purchased

  • Tenant name (your hospital/clinic)

  • Timestamp

  • Current status
