The Medical Rehabilitation module is used to document rehabilitation examinations and therapy processes in a structured and standardized manner within the system. This feature helps healthcare professionals record treatments, monitor patient progress, and maintain centralized rehabilitation records to support clinical evaluation and decision-making.

The system supports diagnosis recording using:

• ICD-10
• ICD-9-CM
• ICF (International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health)

Prerequisites

• The Medical Rehabilitation service has been activated by the Administrator
• The patient has been registered under the medical rehabilitation service

Service Configuration (Administrator)

1. Open the Service Configuration menu
2. Select Medical Rehabilitation
3. Set the Specific Screen: Medical Rehabilitation
4. Click Save

How to Use

1. Register the Patient to Medical Rehabilitation Service

1. Open the patient registration menu
2. Select Medical Rehabilitation as the service
3. Choose the procedures or therapies to be performed
4. Click Save

2. Record Rehabilitation Examination

1. Access the Diagnostic Support Module
2. Select Medical Rehabilitation Examination
3. Fill in the assessment details in the provided fields
4. Document the examination using the SOAP format and the newly added specific fields

3. Input Diagnosis

Enter diagnosis codes as needed:

• ICD-10
• ICD-9-CM
• ICF

4. Add Therapy Procedures

1. Click Add Item
2. Select the therapy or procedure
3. Record the therapy process details in the available table

5. Use Templates (Optional)

To speed up data entry, select from the available templates to automatically apply a standard format.

6. Save Data

1. Click Next or Save
2. Ensure all required information has been completed

Result

• Rehabilitation records are stored in the patient’s medical record
• Patient progress can be monitored over time
• Data supports therapy evaluation and service reporting
• Improves therapy planning, outcome measurement, and continuity of care
