Introduction to SOAP Note Creation Feature using Artificial Intelligence (AI)

In the rapidly evolving medical world, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is now available to assist healthcare professionals in recording medical notes more efficiently.
Ksatria Medical System (KMS) provides a SOAP Note Creation feature powered by AI, designed to help doctors create medical records faster, more complete, and more accurate.

How to Use the SOAP Note Creation Feature with AI

  1. Register the patient in the Outpatient module.

  2. Select the patient to be examined, then click Edit.

  3. Enter the anamnesis results in the Subjective field on the patient examination page, then click the "Generate AI Notes" button available on the page.

    • A pop-up notification will appear, indicating that the SOAP note generation process has started.

  4. Once the process is complete, the system will automatically generate and fill in Subjective (S), Objective (O), Assessment (A), and Plan (P) sections based on the information entered by the doctor in the Subjective field.

  5. Doctors or healthcare staff can review, edit, and adjust the generated notes to match the actual medical condition of the patient before proceeding with other processes.

⚠️ This feature is designed as an assistive tool for medical documentation, but it does NOT replace the professional judgment of doctors or healthcare providers.

Therefore, AI-generated notes must always be reviewed and adjusted according to the patient’s actual medical condition before being saved as part of the medical record.
