How to Change the Logo and Login Background in Ksatria eHospital [EN]

This guide explains how to customize the display logo and login background in Ksatria eHospital to match your hospital's branding.

Step-by-Step Configuration:

  1. Go to the Configuration Module:
    Navigate to Configuration > General Configuration > Hospital Information, then click Edit.

  2. Locate the Logo and Background Fields:
    On the Hospital Information page, find the Display Logo and Login Background fields.

  3. Upload the Desired Images:
    Upload image files in the respective fields.

    Note:

    • For the Display Logo, it's recommended to use an image with a transparent background for better appearance.

    • For the Login Background, use a high-resolution image (1920x1080 px) for optimal results.

  4. Customize the Theme Colors (Optional):
    You can also change the color theme by clicking on the desired color to match your hospital’s preferences.

  5. Enable Customization Options:
    Make sure to check the following boxes to activate the customization:

    • Enable Logo Display

    • Enable Login Background

    • Use Hospital Name as Page Title

  6. Save the Changes:
    Click Save and wait until the system shows a success notification.

  7. Log Out to Apply the Changes:
    After saving, log out to apply the new settings properly.

  8. Want to Revert to Default View?
    You can remove the uploaded images or uncheck the options below to restore the default look:

    • Enable Logo Display

    • Enable Login Background

    • Use Hospital Name as Page Title
