How to Create, Search, and Edit Warehouse

Warehouse in Ksatria eHospital is used to manage hospital storage locations for medical supplies, consumables, and other inventory items.
With this feature, users can:

  • Create and configure warehouse information.

  • Define multiple storage locations within each warehouse.

  • Set up initial stock for proper inventory tracking.

  • Search and edit warehouse details efficiently.

Proper warehouse management ensures that stock is stored in the right locations, tracked accurately, and ready for use when needed.


Notes
1. Create Warehouse

Follow the steps below to create a new warehouse:

  1. Log in to Ksatria eHospital.

  2. Click on the Inventory module thumbnail.

  3. On the Inventory page, click Warehouse.

  4. The Warehouse CRUD List screen will appear. Click Create+ to add a new warehouse.

  5. Complete the Warehouse Details form.

    • Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).

    • The system will validate and prompt if any required field is left empty when saving.

  6. Click Next to save the warehouse data and proceed to configure storage locations.

  7. Click Add Location+ to create a new storage location.

  8. A Create Location pop-up will appear:

    • Enter the Physical Location information.

    • Click Save to store the location data.

  9. Click Next to proceed to Initial Stock Setup for the warehouse.

  10. Click Create+ to add Warehouse Initial Stock data.

  11. Complete the initial stock information and click Save.

  12. Click Done to finish the warehouse creation process.

  13. The Create Warehouse process is complete.


Notes
2. Search Warehouse

Users can search for warehouse data to view or verify stored warehouse information.

  1. Log in to Ksatria eHospital.

  2. Click the Inventory module thumbnail.

  3. Click Warehouse on the Inventory page.

  4. Enter a keyword in the Search bar to quickly locate a warehouse.

  5. (Optional) For advanced search:

    • Click Filter to display additional criteria.

    • Enter one or more search parameters.

    • Click Apply Filter to display matching results.

  6. The system will display the search results in the Warehouse Table.

  7. The Search Warehouse process is complete.

3. Edit Warehouse

Warehouse data can be updated if changes are needed, such as location adjustments or stock information updates.

  1. Perform Steps 1–5 in Search Warehouse to locate the warehouse to be edited.

  2. Click the Edit command for the selected warehouse.

  3. On the Edit Warehouse page, modify the necessary details.

  4. Click Done to save the updated data.

  5. The Edit Warehouse process is complete.
