How to Search Patient Registration
The Search Registration feature allows users to easily find patient registration records using keywords, search filters, and advanced criteria.
Steps to Search for a Registration
1. Log in to Ksatria eHospital
Access the system using your credentials.
2. Open the Registration Module
Click on the Registration module icon from the main dashboard.
3. Use the Search Field
On the Registration CRUD List page, enter a keyword (e.g., patient name or registration number) into the Search field.
The system will automatically display matching results as you type.
4. Use the “Search By” Filter
Alternatively, you can specify a search parameter by selecting an option from the Search By dropdown.
Enter a keyword, and the system will return relevant records based on your selected parameter.

5. Click the Filter Button
To refine your search, click the Filter button.
The system will display additional search fields.
6. Define Search Criteria
You can combine multiple search parameters (e.g., date range, patient type, status).
Once defined, click Apply Filter to execute the search.
Results and Completion
7. View the Results
Matching registration records will be shown in the table on the Registration screen.
8. Done
The search process is complete. You can now click on any result to view or edit the registration details.
