How to Export & Import Catalogue
- Go to the Ksatria eHospital system.
- Click on the Catalogue menu.
- Click the More button and select Export Catalogue.
- The exported data will be downloaded as an Excel file and opened automatically.
- You may modify or update the Excel file. This file can later be used for bulk update or modification via the Import Catalogue feature.
- The Catalogue Export process is complete.
- Go to the Ksatria eHospital system.
- Click on the Catalogue menu.
- Click the More button and select Import Catalogue.
- To download the blank template, click the "Download Template" link.

- The blank Excel template will be downloaded automatically and opened with the required column structure.
- Fill in the Excel template with the required catalogue data to add or update.
- Once completed, click the More button again and select Import.
- Click Select File and choose the prepared Excel file.

- After selecting the file, a confirmation message will appear. Click Yes to proceed or No to cancel.
- Invalid File Format
If the uploaded file has an incorrect format or column structure, the system will display a warning.
The import process will not proceed. - Invalid Data
The system checks the file row by row. If any data is invalid, import will fail for that row.
The system will display a warning and provide an option to download an error report. - Error Report
Click the Download Data Error button to download an Excel file containing problem data.
An ERROR column will indicate which values need correction. - Successful Import
If the file contains valid data, the import process will complete and the system will confirm success.
Uploaded catalogue data will appear in the Catalogue table.
The Catalogue Import process is complete.
- Always use the latest system-generated template when importing to prevent column mismatch.
- Double-check mandatory fields before uploading.
- Keep a backup copy of your template before making changes.
