This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to export and import patient profile data in the Ksatria eHospital system.
To export patient data into a CSV file:
Log in to the Ksatria eHospital system.
Click on the Patient Profile thumbnail on the home page.
Click the Export button on the Patient Profile CRUD List.
The system will generate and automatically download a CSV file containing all patient profile data.
The exported file can be used for record-keeping or to update data through the import function.
The export process is complete.
To import patient profile data into the system:
Log in to the Ksatria eHospital system.
Click on the Patient Profile thumbnail on the home page.
Click the Import button on the Patient Profile CRUD List.
Click the Download Template link to get a blank CSV template.
Fill in the required columns with the patient profile data.
Return to the Import section and click the Import button.
Click Browse a File to select the completed CSV file from your device.
Select your file and confirm the import by clicking Yes on the pop-up prompt.
The system will then validate the uploaded file:
If the file format is invalid (e.g., incorrect column headers or structure), a warning will appear and the import will be canceled. You will need to fix the format and try again.
If the file contains invalid data (e.g., missing or incorrect values), the system will reject only those rows and display a warning.
To review invalid entries:
Click the Download Error Data button to get a CSV file listing the problematic rows.
Refer to the Error column for guidance on which fields need correction.
If the file contains only valid data, the system will import it successfully and display a confirmation message.
The new or updated patient records will appear in the Patient Profile CRUD List.
The import process is complete.
