How to Search and Edit Catalogue

1. Search Catalogue

  1. Login to the Ksatria eHospital system.
  2. Go to the Catalogue module.
  3. Search for the catalogue item:
    • Enter a keyword in the Search field. The system will automatically display matching results.
    • For advanced filtering, click Filter to open additional search criteria.

Available filter options include:

  • Catalogue Type
  • Stock Group
  • Approval Status
  • Can Be Prescribed
  • Other classification criteria

After setting the criteria, click Apply Filter.

  1. The system will display the results in the Catalogue table.
  2. The Search Catalogue process is complete.

2. Edit Catalogue

  1. Perform steps 1–3 from Search Catalogue to find the desired item.
  2. Click the Edit icon/button on the catalogue row to modify the item.

  3. On the Edit Catalogue page, update the necessary data fields.
  4. Click Next to save the changes and proceed to the UOM Details page.
  5. Click Next again to move to the Home Warehouse (Initial Warehouse) page.
  6. Click Done to save all changes and complete the update.
  7. The Edit Catalogue process is complete.

Notes

  • Only users with the required access permissions can edit catalogue data.
  • If the catalogue status is Approved, some fields may be restricted based on system configuration.
  • Changes in catalogue details may affect downstream processes such as:
    • Prescription
    • Inventory Management
    • Purchase Requests
