Analytic Module and How to Generate Reports

The Analytics module allows users to create and export various reports.
Reports can be generated in two formats:

  • PDF – for viewing and sharing.

  • Excel (MS Excel) – for further data modification and analysis.

Users can define several parameters to generate reports according to specific needs.

Examples of common parameters:

  • Report Type: Choose between PDF or Excel.

  • Start Date / Finish Date: Define the reporting period.

  • Service: Select one service or all hospital services.

  • Registration Location: Specify the source location of the registration data.

How to Search and Generate Reports

Follow these steps to generate reports in the Analytics module:

  1. Login to the Ksatria eHospital system.

  2. Click the Analytics module icon from the main menu.

  3. The Analytics page will appear, showing available reports based on your user authorization.

  4. Use the search field to find the desired report by typing a keyword.

    • The system will display reports matching the entered keyword.

  5. Click the thumbnail of the report you wish to generate.

  6. Enter the required parameters, such as:

    • Report Type (PDF or Excel).

    • Start Date and Finish Date.

    • Service (specific or all).

    • Registration Location (specific source or all).

  7. Click Generate Report.

  8. The system will download the report file in the selected format (PDF or Excel).

  9. Open the downloaded file to view the report.

  10. The report generation process is now complete.
