Bed Management Module Overview

The Bed Management Module in Ksatria eHospital functions as an electronic repository of hospital rooms and bed facilities.
It allows hospitals to configure, monitor, and update bed-related information efficiently.


Room and Bed Structure

  • Room: A defined hospital space containing one or more beds.

  • Bed: A specific facility within a room, assigned for patient use.

Configurable Information

Each bed and room can be defined with the following details:

  • Room & Bed Name

  • Service Allocation

  • Treatment Class

  • Gender Allocation

  • Room Location

  • Bed Availability Status

Supported Processes

The module supports the following operations:

  • Create, Search, Edit, Delete, Export, and Import Room data

  • Create, Search, Edit, Delete, Export, and Import Bed data
