Log in to the Ksatria eHospital system.
On the homepage, click the Patient Profiling thumbnail.
The system will open the Patient Profile CRUD List.
Click the Create + button on the top-right corner to open the "Create Patient Profile" form.
You can move between pages using the following tools:
Breadcrumb navigation (top of the page): Quickly return to the Patient Profile List.
Sidebar navigation (left side): Jump between profile sections.
Back / Next / Done buttons:
Back: Go to the previous section.
Next: Save the current section and move forward.
Done: Finalize the process, save all data, and return to the CRUD list.
X button: Cancel the profile creation. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
On the General Information page:
Fill in all required fields (marked with a red asterisk *
).
Validation will prevent saving if mandatory fields are empty.
Optionally, upload a patient photo by clicking the camera icon.
Click Next to save and proceed.
The system will auto-generate a Patient ID.
Fill in additional demographic and contact details.
Click Next to save and proceed.
Enter the patient’s case history, including:
Allergies
Disease history
Family medical history
Once entered, Important Notes and Allergy info will be shown in other processes.
The Visit History page displays:
Previous visit records
Medical certificates issued
On the Finalize Patient Profile page, you can:
Print Card:
Click Print Card → Preview opens → Click Print
Print Label:
Click Print Label → Preview opens → Click Print
Print Wristband:
Click Print Wristband → Choose format (Adult/Child) → Preview → Click Print
To attach documents:
Click Upload Document
In the pop-up, either:
Drag and drop files, or
Click Browse to select from your computer
Accepted file types: images (JPG/PNG), PDF, Word, Excel, video
Confirm upload
Uploaded files appear in the Supporting Document table
You can then:
View the document (opens in appropriate viewer)
Edit the description
Delete the file (confirmation required)
Click Done to save all data and complete the profile creation.
A pop-up will ask:
No: Return to Patient Profile List
Yes: Proceed directly to Create Registration using this patient
The new patient profile will now be available in the Patient Profile List for future processes.
