How to Manage Patient Profile

This article explains how to manage patient profile data in the Ksatria eHospital system. It covers the following topics:

Follow the step-by-step instructions below to manage patient profiles quickly and accurately within the system.

Patient Profile CRUD List

The Patient Profile CRUD List (Create-Read-Update-Delete) displays all existing patient profiles in a table format. Users can search, view, create, and edit patient data from this screen.

Accessing the Patient Profile CRUD List

    1. Log in to the Ksatria eHospital system.

    2. Navigate to the Patient Profile module by either:

      • Clicking the Patient Profile icon in the left navigation menu, or

      • Clicking the Patient Profile thumbnail on the homepage.

    3. The system will display the Patient Profile List in List View by default.

    4. To switch views:

      • Click the Grid View button to display patient data as cards.

      • Click the List View button to return to the default table view.

Search Patient Profile

You can search for patients using simple or advanced filters, with one or multiple parameters.

    1. Access the Patient Profile module.

    2. Use the Search Bar at the top of the list to search by keyword.

    3. There are two modes:

      • Search By = All: The system searches across:

        • Patient ID

        • First Name

        • Last Name

        • Address

      • Search By = Specific Field: Choose a parameter (e.g., Patient ID), then type the keyword.

    1. Click the Filter button to show advanced search fields.

    2. Enter one or more parameters (e.g., Date of Birth, Gender, etc.).

    3. Click Apply Filter to view matching data.

    4. To remove all filters:

      • Click Clear Filter.

    5. To hide the advanced filter fields:

      • Click the Filter button again.

View Patient Summary

    1. On the list, click the Expand button (in the Commands column) to view a patient summary.

    2. Click Collapse to hide the summary.

Edit Patient Profile

  1. Follow steps 1–5 in the Search Patient Profile process to locate the patient to edit.

  2. Click the Edit button on the desired row in the table.

  3. The Edit Patient Profile page will open.

Editing Patient Information

    1. Update the necessary fields in the profile.

    2. Click Next to save the changes and proceed through the form.

    3. On the final page, click Done to save and finish the editing process.

Final Confirmation

    1. A confirmation pop-up will appear:

      • Click No to finish editing and return to the Patient Profile List.

      • Click Yes to proceed directly to the Create Registration page using the selected patient.
